The master control console enables fully automatic scheduling among all machines and supports full data traceability for every component. Robotic arms transfer various types of components from trays to burn-in boards. The central control database performs automatic data backup. Equipped with laser SLAM navigation, the system adapts to diverse working conditions. AGVs achieve precise positioning within ±2 mm and are responsible for accurate loading and unloading of burn-in boards. By querying the database, the system identifies NG stations, transports defective components to dedicated NG storage areas separately, and places all remaining qualified products back onto trays.
